Developed jointly with the German Olympic Sports Confederation
The new edubreak®COMMUNITY was originally called “Wissensnetz” and was initially developed by the DOSB in 2012 as part of the BMBF-funded “Salto” project. Ghostthinker was a technical-didactic partner from the very beginning. Since then, we have continuously developed the “Knowledge Network” on behalf of the DOSB and introduced numerous new functions. With the support of the DOSB, other associations have been able to set up their own “Wissensnetz” since 2019. Over time, an active community has developed with the DOSB and all community managers of the associations’ own “knowledge networks”. Within this framework, regular meetings are held to support each other in the area of community management and to pool resources for further technical developments. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the DOSB in particular, with whom we have enjoyed a long and trusting partnership that we will continue even after the code goes open source in 2022.
